All original work, unique design. I work with natural materials. Best quality Australian merino wool and silk.
Quality materials and quality work. Only hand-made works, Nuno felt he was doing. I use only water and soap to retain the excellent properties of wool. Lanolin is very healthy, with excellent properties of wool and silk

Payments

If you do not want or do not have a PayPal account, you can still pay through PayPal via credit card or bank account.
To do so:
•Complete your Etsy checkout by clicking "Commit to Buy" button
•Click the large green "Pay Now" button on your Etsy invoice
•Click the "continue" link next to "Don't have a PayPal account?" (left hand side of the PayPal payment screen)
•Enter your credit card or bank account information and proceed to checkout

Shipping

Please enter your phone number.
It is necessary because if the messenger can not find you at home, he will contact you.
My items are shipped via Fedex Express
I will need your phone number for Fedex delivery.

PLEASE NOTE!
Fedex attempt the delivery 3 times. If it is unsuccessful, the package will be available for pickup at local FedEx Facility for a few days. They will not route it to me, because it would cost me a lot of money. After a few days they will destroy it. If it happens I will not be able to refund your money.

Each product is ready for shipment. 1 days after purchase.
The shipping: FedEx. All registered airmail items are delivered.
Delivery is usually within 2-5 business days, depending on which part of the world space.
Please be patient, as it usually depends on the work of the customs (may be delayed due to bad weather, slow customs work, policy changes, high security, customs, etc.).
Please be aware that I always ship to the address provided by Etsy.
If you want me to ship to another address, please indicate this message is for sale.
I am not responsible for the packages that are delivered because the address given by the customer through Etsy is inaccurate.

Returns & Exchanges

I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations

Just contact me within: 14 days of delivery

Ship items back to me within: 30 days of delivery

Request a cancellation within: 1 hours of purchase

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

All sales are final, however, please contact me with any questions or concerns regarding your order. I want you to be happy. If for any reason you aren't, please let me know.
If you don’t like my felted products, you can return it. Just send it back to me, unused, in its original condition within 14 days of receipt of your product and let me know via email. You will get a refund minus shipping costs.
